THE REGISTRATION IS CONSIDERED VALID AT THE MOMENT WHEN PAYMENT IS ASSIGNED TO IT. THE DECISIVE DATE OF PAYMENT RECEIVING TO THE ORGANIZER’S ACCOUNT.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any registration that is not accompanied by payment within 5 business days of submitting the application.

– The competitor is registered only when the payment reaches our account.
– The date of receipt of payment is decisive.
– Payments are ALWAYS updated at the beginning of the following month.
– The organizer reserves the right to cancel a registration that is not associated with a payment within 5 working days of submitting the application. ATTENTION, such an application will be considered INVALID!!!!
– Transfers of the entry fee to other competitors are NOT possible.
– A discussion about the race is mandatory.
– If the race is canceled due to force majeure, the organizer undertakes to refund the entry fee reduced by the competitor’s registration fee of 500 CZK (racers with a ČTA license) and 600 CZK (racers without a ČTA license).
– Each competitor is aware of the demands of the race and is medically fit for this race.
– By registering and paying the entry fee, you acknowledge and agree to the above conditions.

CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation: For this year, every competitor in the main race and in the relay race will be insured by the Kooperativa insurance company. The insurance includes accident insurance, luggage insurance, liability insurance and, above all, CANCELLATION insurance. This means that if you are unable to start for serious reasons, the insurance company will refund your entry fee. Transfers of entry fee to other competitors are not possible.

Payment by bank transfer to account 1411129399/0800, as a variable symbol, enter the number that the CTS system will generate for you, and in the message for the recipient field, enter the competitor’s last name. We do not match payments that do not have this identification.

By registering for the MORAVIAMAN TRIATHLON race, held on June 21, 2025, you respect the fact that you are starting at your own risk and cannot recover any damages caused from the organizers. The race is run under restricted traffic conditions, so road traffic regulations must be followed.
